Project Type

The idea is to design and develop a "Courier delivery network" which will provide the facility to find out the best shipping providers for the users. They also provide bidding facility. It is mainly focussed on providing a reliable quality of service for priority courier delivery through its integrated delivery network. All the couriers are well tracked at key points in the process and can be tracked through the operator's website at any time. In addition, an automated customer service system links the call centers of each postal operator to ensure a continuous service for their customers for any possible request for additional information in their courier delivery service.

Key Challenges

• The biggest challenge was to create a unique website cum handy app which can ensure perfect logistics deliver to its customer.
• Another major challenge was to deploy some unique, useful and advanced features in it in order to ensure proper routing, returns management, customers compliance, and Information technology.
• Perfection in the sense of UI (user interface) with smooth animations throughout was the last challenge for us.

Our Development Process

• The Discovery Phase- Our business analysts performed a lot of research and brainstorming before the app development process. At the end of the discovery phase the “Who, Why What, When and Where” of the project were thoroughly scrutinized.
• The Execution Phase- After gathering all the nuts and bolts to proceed, it was time for project execution. Our designers, developers and quality analysts followed agile development process for execution and worked side-by-side to achieve the project aims. Our project managers also did regular reviews to check the progress of the project went smoothly and according to the time.
• Sprint Base Project Delivery-We took client’s feedback on each stage of development and applied the feedback in the project. It helped us to meet the client’s expectations in the best possible manner.
• The Deployment Phase- Now, the final web app was ready to be unleashed to the world after rigorous development & testing period. We deployed the app in the app store.

• Users can easily register themselves through sign up form in order to find shipping companies.
• In each of its users' accounts, there is a separate message section to receive messages from others.
• There are separate sections for "Orders", "Auction", "Messages".
• The users can be benefitted as it provides bidding facility too.

Results & Benefits

The final product we delivered met all the technical requirements of the client. This has been one of us excited projects we have worked on. Developing a platform which can provide best shipping providers across the globe is well appreciated by the client and they also appreciated its user-friendliness and performance.
